Kara Killmer

 Kara Killmer (born June 14 in 1988) is an American actress who is best known for starring as paramedic Sylvie Brett on the NBC drama series Chicago Fire (as as the series Chicago Med and Chicago P.D. and Chicago P.D., which together form the One Chicago franchise), since 2014. Prior to that , she played in the popular 2010 Hulu first reality web show If I Can Dream.Killmer starred in the short-lived Hulu original reality web show If I Can Dream in 2010, which featured five talented actors and actresses that had a shot at making it in the entertainment industry by sharing the same Los Angeles home, fitted with cameras that tracked their every move "The objective is to land a job that will allow us to get out of the house and move into a new career. This is only the first step."In 2014, Killmer was cast as Athena True in the NBC science fiction crime thriller pilot Tin Man, but it was not picked up by the network until they announced their 2014-15 TV schedule for 2014-15. The same year, Killmer was added to the team of the NBC drama Chicago Fire as Sylvie Brett the paramedic that replaces Leslie Shay (Lauren German) in the premiere of the third season which was titled.
